• In your role you are managing the end-to-end purchasing process for indirect materials, from supplier sourcing to invoice verification with our Finance department (incl. OA Processes with Headquarters in China)
• You will identify potential suppliers through market research and maintaining long-term supplier relationships
• You will prepare and execute negotiations of commercial terms with suppliers
• You will continuously maintain data on delivery dates, prices, and quantities in the ERP system
• Besides within your tasks you will coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Maintenance, Produciton Logistics, Marketing, etc.) and purchasing teams in China
• Cost controlling in Projects and Management Reporting are also parts of your role

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration/ Engineering, alternatively, the equivalent in experience
• You have proven work experience in the indirect purchasing field, preferably in an international environment
• Your good communication and interpersonal skills enable an efficient cross-cultural collaboration
• Good knowledge of MS Office systems and ERP systems
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English; German language skills are an advantage
• The position requires a high willingness to travel
